Coral Paradise Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Coral Paradise, provided by Iqbal Augmented Intelligence (SMC Private) Limited (IAI), together with the applicable Apple or Google store terms. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

Coral Paradise is currently in development; production purchasing is disabled while verification is completed. Purchase terms apply when a store product is offered and purchased.

Children and families

The game is intended for a general audience including children. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms or authorize a purchase in your location, involve your parent or guardian. Parents and guardians should review optional online features and use the store’s purchase-approval controls. This does not replace any consent process required by applicable law.

Playing responsibly

You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and the applicable store rules. Keep your platform account secure. Do not manipulate purchase records, bypass security checks, exploit errors to obtain paid items, or submit fabricated leaderboard scores. We may restrict affected online features to investigate abuse while preserving applicable consumer rights.

Digital purchases

The store checkout shows the product, applicable price and currency before confirmation. Products may include Paid Pearls, booster bundles and Remove Ads. Paid Pearls and boosters are in-game digital items with no cash redemption or transfer to another player. Purchased in-game currency does not expire merely because time passes.

Purchases are associated with the purchasing ecosystem. An Apple purchase does not automatically become an Android purchase, or vice versa. Store confirmation, verification and connectivity may be needed before an item becomes available. A pending purchase is not yet a completed grant.

If a purchase appears missing, follow the support instructions before purchasing again. Restoration of a permanent entitlement and recovery of an unspent consumable balance are different operations; previously spent consumables are not replenished by restoring purchases. Verified refunds or revoked purchases may require corresponding entitlement or balance adjustments, including restrictions until a refunded balance is reconciled.

Refund requests are handled under the applicable store process and consumer law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Contact support for delivery or balance issues, and use Apple's or Google's refund channels where appropriate.

Progress and online features

Local saves, platform cloud saves and optional company backup serve different purposes. A local save can be lost if the app or its data is removed. Cloud features require the correct platform identity, connectivity and applicable consent. Do not assume a backup completed until the game confirms it.

Leaderboard scores use each stage's best score, summed across stages. Improvements on a replay can increase the total. Platform availability and verification may delay updates.

We work to keep services available and accurate, but interruptions and recovery delays can occur. We may update gameplay or services and will provide notice where required. Changes do not remove any non-excludable rights concerning paid content.

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion choices. Our Support page explains purchase recovery, refunds and progress assistance. These terms may be updated; material changes will be communicated where required.
